What is Meira?

Meira is a voice-activated search assistant designed for hands-free shopping, particularly useful for VR headsets, accessibility needs, or when multitasking.

What Data We Collect

• Voice transcripts: Your spoken search queries are converted to text in your browser
• Search queries: The products or terms you search for
• Session timestamps: When you use Meira and for how long
• Usage count: How many times you've used voice search

How We Use Your Data

• To execute your voice search requests
• To improve search accuracy and user experience
• To provide usage statistics in your account dashboard
• For security and fraud prevention

Privacy & Security

• No audio recordings: We do not store voice recordings, only text transcripts
• Browser-based processing: Voice-to-text happens in your browser using Web Speech API
• Auto-logout: After 30 minutes of inactivity, you'll be automatically logged out for security
• Data retention: Search logs are kept for 90 days, then anonymized
• Your rights: You can revoke consent, request data deletion, or export your data anytime

Consent Withdrawal

You can disable Meira Voice Search anytime from your account settings. This will stop all voice data collection immediately.
